Setup Cannot Continue Due to Corrupted Installation File Error

That error indicates the installation media you are using to install Windows 10 from is corrupt, you would need to create that again and begin the installation again . . .

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

The error indicates the installation media you created was not created successfully there is a file or part of a file on that installation media that is corrupt, that is why it will need to be re-created, this is very common . .

I even went to the store now.. bought a disc to install windows and still the same error.

I did one upgrade where the system had a memory.dmp file on it and later I saw it was noted as being corrupt. If you have one of those, you might try deleting it.
Otherwise, the setupdiag utility may show the corruption and if not, possibly it would be in a log file.
